Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped within 0-3working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company norms. Kavish Enterprise is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company authorities within 0-3working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. In case Non Delivery Area Described by courier company norms, you have to collect Product from Nearest Courier Office. Delivery of our Product will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration. Cancellation and Refund

We take utmost care in providing you the best products. However, in case you have received a damaged product, a replacement of the product would be done. You cannot cancel your order once you have opened the product containers or used the products. Kavish Enterprise will accept the returned/exchanged product only if the product is damaged in delivery. The product should be returned with the original and in the original packing. You need to share the images, product name, of the damaged product that you have received and send it to solarcleaningbrush@gmail.com. Also, please ensure that you return the product in the original condition you had received it. Postage and shipping charges will not be refunded. Kavish Enterprise will refund the purchase price to the payment card used at the time of purchase once the goods are returned.
