Return And Refund Policy

  • The product is returnable if you’ve received them in a physically damaged condition, defective or any parts or accessories missing or different from their description on the page.
  • Return will be processed only if it is determined that the product is damaged.
  • In case you want to change Size of Telescopic Pole, you can call or Email for change.
  • Kavish Enterprise will refund the purchase price to the payment card used at the time of purchase once the goods are returned.
Cancellation

Kavish Enterprise reserves the right to cancel the contract between us if we have insufficient stock of the goods you have ordered; if we do not deliver to your area; or if one or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.

If we cancel your contract, we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for the disappointment suffered.

Cancellation / Refund
  • If we have not dispatched your order after 3 working days–Can claim for the refund of the advance payment done.
  • The refund will be processed directly to the user in the same mode as the payment is made.
